Overview

This website is the home of Saifullah Ajaz, a Business Studies tutor. You can browse the site freely without signing in. We use analytics to understand general usage of the site, as described below, and we only collect personal details such as your email when you choose to sign in or send us your information. We keep that collection to the minimum needed to provide our services.

Information we collect

Signing in is optional. You do not need an account to read any public page of this site. An account is only required to access the student dashboard.

• Account information

  If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and your name (used as your username). Sign in is handled securely through Supabase and Google. We never see or store your Google password.

• Phone number (optional)

  A phone number field is available but is entirely optional. You only need to provide it when registering for a course, or if you would like the teacher to be able to contact you about enrollment and related matters. You can leave it blank.

How we use your information

• To create and sign you in to your student dashboard.
• To respond to registration and enrollment requests.
• To let the teacher contact you about enrollment, classes, and related updates, where you have shared a phone number for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it. Google Analytics collects usage information automatically when you visit, such as the pages you view, your approximate location based on your IP address, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies and similar technologies to do this.

This information is used in aggregate to measure traffic and trends, and is not used to personally identify you. Google processes this data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Authentication and data storage

Sign in and account data are handled by Supabase, which stores your information securely on our behalf, and by Google, which provides the sign in. These providers process your data only so that we can offer the dashboard and respond to your requests.

Your choices and rights

Because sign in is optional, you can use the public site without sharing any personal data. If you have an account, you can ask us to view, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at saifullahajazofficial@gmail.com.

Students and parents

Many of our students are at school. If you are under the age of consent in your country, please involve a parent or guardian before sharing any personal information with us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
